Amanda Rae Jones

Amanda Rae Jones, a Pacific Northwest native, has been a noteworthy leader in Business and Finance for the last 25 years. As the Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of both Wandering Dragon Productions and Hazard Factory Stunts & Effects, you may know her from her most recent work on the award-winning feature film The Stairs.  Amanda is also credited for her contributions on the feature films Burn It All and Alone We Fight which she was instrumental in both fundraising and finalizing distribution deals for these local independent films.

She has led businesses through her strategic thought leadership skills, analysis of market trends for greater industry impact, and fundraising for tactical advantage in high-velocity, high risk industries.  Prior to the entertainment industry, Amanda was one of the first externally hired female Chief Financial Officer’s in the (recently state-legal) Cannabis Industry.

Committed to empowering women and young girls, she is a member of the Washington Women’s Foundation, Women of the Vine and Spirits, Women in Film, and has been a recurring keynote speaker for the annual Girl Scout Convention.

She is a multi-published author, a certified Sommelier, a podcast co-host, and has a Masters in Business Administration from Portland State University with further Executive Business Education from University of Washington Foster School of Business.  Amanda currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
