Jennifer Hale

Jennifer Hale is a legend in the voice acting world, having voiced over 420 beloved characters across film, television, and gaming, and earning countless accolades during her decades-long career. One of the most prolific voice actors and called “A kind of Meryl Streep of voice acting” by The New Yorker, Jennifer is known for breaking down stereotypes and barriers in video games and animation. When it comes to casting, she likes "to take the boys’ jobs", and is a passionate advocate for more representation and inclusivity in the voice acting world.

An industry veteran through and through, Jennifer has been the official voice of Cinderella across all of Disney’s animated content (film, tv, games, etc.) since 1995. Additionally, she has voiced more Marvel characters than any other female voice actor and holds the Guinness World Record for the most prolific female video game voice actor of all time where her talents can be heard in nearly 200 games! She is also a founding member of What The Vox, a collective of accomplished female voice actors looking to impact change within the voice over industry.

Jennifer is best known for her roles as Commander Shepard in the Mass Effect franchise, Ashe in Overwatch, Cinderella in Disney’s catalog (everything since 1995), Bastila Shan in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Sam and Mandy in Totally Spies, Aayla Secura in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker, Ms Keane, Princess Morbucks and Sedusa in The Powerpuff Girls (original and reboot), Phoenix/Jean Grey in several Marvel projects, including, X-Men, Wolverine and the X-Men, and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, and as Rivet in Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. She has also lent her singing voice to many roles, including Thorn from Scooby Doo’s The Hex Girls.

Jennifer is the recipient of BTVA Video Game Voice Acting Awards ’Best Female Vocal Performance in a Video Game’ for her role as Commander Shephard in Mass Effect 3. She has also won three BTVA People's Choice Voice Acting Awards, two BTVA Television Voice Acting Awards, a NAVGTR Award and has been nominated three separate times for Voice Actress of the Year.
