Dru Holley

Dru Holley is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, where he earned a degree in Video Broadcasting.

He is adept at creating collaborative creative teams that share his motivation to highlight the stories of people who have largely been ignored or overlooked by past histories.

Dru is currently working on his first feature documentary, "Buffalo Soldiers: Fighting On Two Fronts."

Buffalo Soldiers: Fighting On Two Fronts recounts the laudatory and complicated legacy of African American soldiers who sought a better life in the United States Army after the Civil War until the Integration of the Army.

Dru is the founder of Black Bald Films, LLC, answering the lack of diversity and underrepresentation he witnessed in the industry.

Black Bald Films' mission is to give a voice to the stories and people who have been, if not deliberately, then traditionally, excluded.
