Who Qualifies

The Summit press registration is open for journalists regularly making editorial contributions. Editorial press includes writers, reporters, reviewers, producers, photographers, videographers, etc. who are attending specifically to write about The Summit and/or cover the event for newspapers, podcasts, magazines, TV and radio.

Press Badge Access

The Summit press badges provide complimentary access to the event for the in-person days September 6 - 8, 2024of the event. Press badges are extended as a courtesy of The Summit. Your press badge allows access to panels as long as space is available.

Your press badge DOES NOT allow:

• Early or special access into The Summit

• Guaranteed seating at panels and events

• The ability to cut lines

• Free access into any events requiring an additional ticket

• Entry into pre-show lotteries for exhibitor exclusives or private autographing

Guidelines

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You'll be notified if you have been approved or denied within 21 business days of when you submitted your application. If approved, additional information will be provided in your confirmation email and receipt. Every individual applying for a Summit press badge may only apply once.

Each press badge is issued individually. If you intend to come with a crew (photographer, cameramen, etc.), each member of the crew must complete an application and be approved separately. The Summit reserves the right to limit the number of press badges provided to any organization.

Press badges are limited in nature and will be issued only to professionally employed adults. Badges will not be issued to children, family or guests. You must be 18 or older to qualify for a press badge. The Summit reserves the right to approve or deny any application and there is a limit to the number of press badges provided to each organization. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Apply

The press application will be open until September 1, unless we reach maximum capacity at an earlier date. We strongly recommend you apply early as once all press badges are allocated, no more will be released and there will be no onsite Press registration.
