Roy Hsu

Roy is a Seattle-based screenwriter, producer, and actor. His career has spanned over 20 years in New York City advertising as a Creative Director and as a photographer before leaving New York and settling into Seattle, where he transitioned into the finance industry and angel investor, mentoring and funding startups in the venture capital world, guest lecturing at universities, and currently is an advisor to two startups.

A few years ago, he ventured into screenwriting with a screenplay optioned and placed in competitions including Big Break, the Austin Film Festival, and acceptance into the Stowe Story Lab. Combining his business and creative backgrounds, he recently ventured into producing, partnering with industry veterans in LA. He is currently the executive producer for a feature with Enderby Entertainment and is producing a slate of podcasts with Never Ever Productions.
