TraeAnna Holiday

TraeAnna Holiday, a true Seattleite, has watched her city change in many ways. She started training in media from the young age of 9 and continued through school up to Howard University and University of Washington. Through studying abroad multiple times, gaining her degree in Communications and Urban Studies, and being displaced by gentrification, she's now fueled to tell her neighborhood's stories through film and media. She found a home for this work at Converge Media as an Emmy award winning Media Personality, TV Show Host and Producer. As the Communications Director for Washington state’s Office of Equity, she is able to bring her knowledge and enthusiasm for communications and the community to the state level. She is also a founding member of The Covenant, a group of organizers bringing a set of principles into the community to aid in disrupting gun violence and setting a foundation for how we move in our communities. Flourishing with her style, passion, and drive, she dynamically creates impact media throughout her work, and helps the next generation find their voice in the world of media.
